Milkround Horsebox Tour 2019
After a successful 2018 Freshers Campaign, Milkround returned to BAM for our help to engage with students and reinforce their brand message.
Our brief was to create a unique on-campus experience during the second term of university, with the main objective of increasing brand awareness of Milkround and showcasing how they help students find their dream job.
Our team got straight to work, excited by the challenge of creating a bespoke campaign. In order to achieve the campaign objectives, BAM toured 10 carefully selected Russell Group universities across a two week period in March 2019.
Implementing a unique experiential approach, BAM sourced and produced a branded horsebox that acted as the main attraction point on campus. This attractive, highly visual set up drew the crowds and certainly gave students something to talk about.
To accompany the horsebox and to help drive students to sign up to Milkround, students were given a quality freebie, consisting of a branded tote bag filled with student essentials such as notepads and pens, along with the always welcome addition of some Cadbury chocolate!
As the face of the brand, promotional staff are key for the success of any campaign. With this in mind, BAM provided 20 of the highest quality, professional promotional staff from our extensive database to support and drive home the campaign message.
The campaign drove engagement from 3,029 students, of which 2,377 were new to the Milkround brand, exceeding the sign-up target set at the start of the campaign.
Results like these emphasise the need for brands to be consistent in their marketing to students, continuing to make an impact at key moments throughout the student calendar year. Milkround never fails to deliver, giving students something of value, effectively communicating their brand message at the right times throughout the year.
After another successful campaign, we look forward to continuing our work with Milkround, cementing their position as the leading student and graduate job board, fueling students with quality careers information, opportunities and perhaps even more chocolate!
