Our online shop, events management and membership solutions allow you to administer both online and offline box office sales in one system. Once an event has been set up, the system allows you to allocate tickets to it providing an array of options including photo ID upload, recurring events and VAT exemption.
The system allows you to either create a ticketless event or design your own e-ticket receipt, which can be used for confirmation of booking or for redemption at your box office. For seated events, customers have the option of selecting their designated seat.
Ticket purchasing and collection are managed within this system. It consolidates stock and provides a real time stock count for both website and offline sales. In addition to this, door entry can be monitored.
Our online shop solution allows you to sell your products to both local and international audiences. Stock for your products can be easily managed and includes low stock warnings. Other features include the ability to run special offers with a discount code. Postage can be set via a flat rate or a weight banding system.
