Freshers' Fair Imagery Competition Results

In the run up to Freshers we began an imagery competition in order to try and find the best images of Freshers' Fairs across the country, with two £250 Jessops gift cards up for grabs. We received over 50 fantastic photos and uploaded them to our facebook page, The Virtual World of BAM. After allowing them to be furiously 'liked' by our facebook friends, we selected the top 5 and our own 5 favourites to make up our shortlist.

After serious deliberation by BAM's panel of judges, a winner was chosen. The winner of BAM's Freshers' Fair photography competition and a £250 Jessops gift card is... drum roll please.... Abigail Carter from the University of Bath!

We also ran a Freshers' Fair video competition and choose a video that we felt most represented the side of Freshers' Fairs that draws companies and organisations across the country to come and meet your students. The wonderful winner of BAM's Freshers' Fair videography competition and a £250 Jessops gift card is... Huddersfield Students' Union!
