Case Study 2: Target Jobs
Brief
One of the top 3 graduate recruiters in the UK, BAM were tasked with further increasing brand awareness of Target Jobs whilst simultaneously running a focused data capture campaign.
Approach
To grow the brand and database of Target
Jobs concurrently, BAM utilised their
dedicated Brand Ambassador team to
actively engage with students and initiate
sign up. Brand teams were set up within the
student organisations for 3 days, interacting
with students, educating them on the benefits
of Target Jobs and ultimately signing them
up to the database.
BAM brand teams also spoke with students to find out what made them sign up to graduate recruitment websites and which websites they had signed up for. Responses to this information gathering informed BAM and Target Jobs that potentially students in their first year were an audience that should be more directly focused on in future campaigns.
BAM arranged for Target Jobs to have 3-day student campaigns at 10 universities hosted by our student Brand Ambassadors.
Results
- Campaign seen by over 30,000 students
- 10,000 flyers distributed
- Over 2,500 students directly signed up tothe website
- Future activity planned to grow brand amongst first year students. Target Jobs have identified the necessity in attending Freshers’ Fairs

Their impressive scope of activity across the university network allows us to quickly and effectively put campaigns into action and their knowledge of the situation on the ground at each campus is invaluable. In particular, BAM’s ability to quickly react and satisfy client’s requirements allows us to respond to opportunities as they arise.”
