Case Study 3: Mansion Group
Brief
Due to the seasonal nature of student
lettings, BAM were tasked with engaging
with students at target cities throughout the
UK on behalf of Mansion Group. The aim was
to increase traffic to a dedicated landing page
whilst also growing the brand in a crowded
market place.
Approach
BAM set about utilising it’s vast e-mail database to send regular focused messages to students within target cities across 6 universities. The e-mails were used to serve two purposes; firstly, to improve visibility of the Mansion Group name on a regular basis, thus growing the brand in the student lettings market place. Secondly, to offer an opportunity via HTML e-mail to win a year’s free rent, driving traffic to the landing page whilst acting as an important data capture tool.
Results
- Over 50,000 e-mails sent over 5 days with a bounce-back rate of less than 0.1%
- Campaign reported an average open click record of over 15%
- Client has already expressed interest in booking a similar activity in 2012, based on confidential statistics and results gained through this campaign
